Email confirmations & reminders
This page has no server, so real emails need a free email-sending service called EmailJS — it's built exactly for sending mail from a page like this, no backend required. Setup takes about 5 minutes, once:
- Create a free account at emailjs.com and connect your email (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) as an "Email Service."
- Create three email templates: "New booking" (sent to you), "Booking confirmed" (sent to the customer), and "Lesson reminder" (sent to the customer 24 hours before). Use variables like
{{student}},{{date}},{{time}},{{duration}},{{price}},{{method}},{{ref}},{{customer_name}},{{customer_email}},{{note}},{{music_link}}anywhere in the subject/body. - In each template's "To Email" field, enter
{{to_email}}— that lets this app control who it goes to. - Copy your Service ID, Public Key, and all three Template IDs from the EmailJS dashboard into the fields below.
About the reminder: since this page has no server to run a real clock, the 24-hour reminder is sent whenever anyone has this page open and a lesson is coming up within the next day — it checks automatically in the background. It's reliable in normal day-to-day use, but isn't a guaranteed server-side cron job.
Use variables {{routine_type}}, {{dancer_name}}, {{amount_paid}}, {{other_dancers}}, {{routine_code}}, {{schedule_link}} in this template. If left blank, the regular confirmation template is used instead.
Text (SMS) reminders
Optional, and off by default. Uses a service called Textbelt (textbelt.com) which, like EmailJS, is built to be called directly from a page like this — no backend required.
Important: the API key you paste below is visible to anyone who views this page's source code. Textbelt keys are prepaid credit, so someone who found your key could spend your balance. Keep the balance small and only add funds as you need them — this is the same tradeoff as any client-side integration, just worth knowing since this one has a wallet attached.

Header, logo & homepage photos
Drop in your studio's logo and photos for the dark header banner and the homepage hero. Images are resized automatically to keep things fast — a normal phone photo is fine.
When a logo is set, it appears at the top of your homepage hero card, taking priority over the homepage hero photo below.
Routines (Solo / Duo / Trio start fees)
Payment for start fees is collected directly through the parent flow, so there's nothing to confirm here — this is just a status view.
